Strip tease. The words alone conjure images of smoldering babes in thigh-high fish net stockings, six-inch sparkly stilettos complete with a lacy thong.  A strip tease is not only tantalizing, but with this simple “workout”, you could go from ‘fat ass’ to ‘sexy sass’ in no time.

You’ve heard it before.  Beauty is on the inside.  Yeah, right.  Try telling that your bikini-clad self in the middle of June after a winter full of cheese fries dunked in Ranch dressing. Now’s the time to get your rear in gear. Regardless of your fitness level or size, you’ll feel sexy, strong and desirable with these moves. We all dread the same old boring workouts that make us feel inadequate, sweaty and out of shape.  Here’s one we promise you’ll love—hey, you might even get some lovin’ while you’re at it…

 


Step 1. Attitude

A sexual strip tease is all about how you move, and how much fun you’re having while doing it.  So go all out.  Flash that sexy smile, lick your lips, and start telling yourself you’re the hottest thing since un-preggers Angelina.

 


Step 2. Music

Choosing the right song is one of the most important components of a drool-worthy strip tease.  A well executed strip tease often leads to sex, so this means you’re going to be burning twice the calories. So turn on some Britney, R. Kelly, or the Material girl herself.  After all, music is the first step to making you feel like the sex kitten you are.

 


Step 3. Hair

Guys love the good ol’ hair trick, and it doesn’t take a lot of effort on your part to make you Va-Va-Voomaliscious.  If you have long hair, use it to your advantage.  Bend down low, and flip it over your head seductively as you slowly come back up. Let your locks cascade across your face, down your back all the while keeping smoldering eye contact with your guy. 

 


Step 4. Body

Do you have muffin top (the flab on your mid section that squeezes over too-tight pants)?  Carrying some extra lbs. on your bum?  No problem, use your assets to your advantage in this workout.  If you’re self-conscious about your body, it will definitely show during a sexy strip.  It’s time to embrace those curves and go for it.  For the tummy concerned: simply stand with your feet wide (shoulder width or more apart) and place your hands on your hips.  This minimizes the appearance of belly fat and exudes confidence to show that you know you’ve got it going on. 


Start by slowly rotating your hips in one direction then the other, arching your back to tuck the tummy in and push your breasts out.  Feel free to bend and flex your knees to go along with the beat.  Then, turn around and slowly bend over.  Keep eye contact with your guy between your knees as you turn upside down to give him the view of his dreams. This sight of you will have him breathing hard, while you’re keeping cool in this tempting position.  When you’re ready, slowly come back to standing position, your head being the last thing to roll up.  For a major fat burner, channel your inner Shakira and gyrate those hips back and forth, then squeeze your abdominal muscles for an extra calorie kick.

 


Step 5: Props

Using a chair isn’t a novel idea, but 70% of the time it works every time. Begin by straddling the seat from behind, letting your rear rest on the seat, and your inner thighs hugging the sides.  Support your weight by resting your hands on the upper chair back.  Raise and lower your body to the beat while running your hands seductively along the side bars.  This move will force you to tighten your rear and flex your calves for support.  For the chicks with junk in the trunk:  place your palms flat on the chair seat, fingertips pointed toward your toes, with both feet planted firmly on the floor about three feet in front of you.  Raise and lower your body while supporting your weight with your arms for a challenging tricep exercise.  This move is flattering for most body types, as your legs will look long and lean and your tummy will be contracted giving you a nice abdominal workout. For an even more tantalizing move, grab your guy’s neck tie and run it through your ankles. While seated on the chair, lift and lower your legs for an awesome inner and outer thigh workout that will have him fascinated by your skills.

 


Last step: Sex

Okay, we all know that strip tease will end with some really high-quality nookie.   This translates to more calories burned, more satisfaction for you, and a successful end to your strip tease workout.  Go ahead-be that naughty girl your mom always told your boy to stay away from.  You’ll soon be just a few strips away from a sexier, fitter, more desirable you.
