With Barack Obama on a clear course to the White House, perhaps the nation can settle comfortably in knowing that a definite change is on its way. The economy, the war, education concerns--all will be resolved in due time. Maybe. Or maybe not. Who knows, really?

In fact the entire week in pop culture as been one giant question mark (hence the picture of the giant question mark). A short list of things that may or may not be true:

Confirmed! Lindsay Lohan (may be) Bisexual!

The red-headed   brunette blond haired star of Mean Girls has been seen on the arm of DJ Samantha Ronson since early Spring, with questions abound regarding her sexual orientation. Many have wondered if the duo are merely the best of friends, or something more. In this months issue of Harpers Bazaar, the actress finally put the rumors to rest.

Sorta.

“She's a wonderful person and I love her very much,” Lohan is quoted as saying in regards to Ronson.

However, once the questions became increasingly direct, the actress seemed to become less sure of herself. Once pressed if she’d ever been a previous relationship with a woman, she responded, “I don’t know. Maybe”. Asked whether she was a lesbian or bisexual, Lohan immediately answered “no” to the first, and about the second, she answered “Maybe. Yeah.”

Maybe?

So by picking up Harpers Bazaar on newsstands today, I sortakindamaybe getting the inside scoop? Fantastic! And perhaps I would, if Lindsay Lohan still sortakindamaybe had any semblance of career left intact.

Justice (could be) Served

On a more serious note, convicted felon William Balfour, the prime suspect in the brutal killings of Chicago native Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew late last month, will remain in custody until his full case is presented before the Illinois State Parole Review Board on December 3.

Balfour was brought in for parole violation after his girlfriend claimed to have seen him in possession of the found murder weapon--days before the crimes were committed.

The high-profile crime cast a spotlight on Chicago’s rising annual homicide rate--with 441 murders reported since the end of last month.

President Palin (possibly)

Barely a week after her party's loss in the Presidential Election,  Sarah Palin is already planning for the future. The Alaska governor said that of she sees an "open door" for a presidential bid in 2012, she'd consider running." If it's something that is going to be good for my family, for my  state, for my nation, then I'll plough through that door," Palin stated.

Two Points:

1. If it was indeed an "open door", there would be no need to   "plough through" it. That would be an incredible waste of strength.

2. "President Palin" will never be uttered in 2012, 2016 or any years following. It's as crazy as saying Lindsay Lohan is bisexual.

BTW…

Jennifer Aniston thinks Angelina Jolie was out of line when she detailed the start of her relationship to Brad Pitt, Aniston's ex. In the current issue of Vogue, Jen states, "that was really uncool." She also stated filming the last episode of Friends was "Waaaaay harsh" and that her iconic hairstyle back in 94' was "totally bitchin'." Brad left you four years ago! Live in the now…

New albums by Kanye West, Ludacris and The Killers will be in stores on Monday, November 24 instead of a traditional Tuesday release. For those of you who haven't gotten the leaks yet…

Lost will return January 21st with a two-hour season premiere airing after an hour recap of the previous four seasons. An hour? Yeah, that should clear things up…
